1. Same-Day Delivery Cutoff

3. How Our Flower Delivery Works

You order on palapetals.com or WhatsApp +256 784 767107
We arrange fresh bouquet at Level C19, City Center Complex, Luwum Street
Photo confirmation: We send you real photo on WhatsApp - you approve
Boda dispatch: Rider with flower in water bucket to keep fresh, calls recipient
Delivered: Recipient signs + we send you delivery confirmation photo

4. What If Recipient Not Available?

Rider calls recipient 2x. If no answer, calls you (sender) for instructions
With your permission, leaves with neighbor / security / reception and sends photo proof
If no permission, rider returns to shop. We re-deliver next day free within Kampala (UGX 10k extra for Entebbe)
We never leave flowers on gate without confirmation - flowers will wilt

5. Funeral & Wedding Delivery Special Rules

Funeral flowers: Delivered to church, home, funeral home, cemetery. We confirm with pastor / family. For same-day funerals, order by 10AM or call us direct. Wreaths are heavy - we send 2 riders if needed.

Wedding flowers: Delivery 1 day before or morning of wedding. We deliver to hotel / church / venue. Bride bouquet handled separately in box with water.

6. Delivery Tracking

No app tracking. We track manually via WhatsApp +256 784 767107:

7. Areas We Do NOT Deliver To

We currently deliver only within 40km of Kampala. We do not deliver to Jinja, Mbarara, Gulu, etc. For upcountry, we can arrange bus delivery (flowers in bucket) at your risk - WhatsApp us.
